Ace of Cake Products have hit the Shelves

Drum roll...OK! I visited Michael's, the local craft store yesterday and the entire baking department was torn apart to make room for Duff Golman's line of cake stuff. For those of you that don't know, Duff Goldman is the star of Ace of Cakes, and owner of Charm City Cakes. I've been reading that Duff has been planning on releasing a product line for some time, so this is really exciting stuff. Happy to see that cake decorating is the new "thing".

He has tubs of fondant, tubs of regular icing, cake mixes, frosting tools, cake graffiti (comes in a spray can) and texture tiles for rolling fondant over. So the graffiti kind of bothered me, how weird right? Here are the ingredients: alcohol, glycerine, water, silicon dioxide, FD&C Red 3, corn starch, citric acid, sodium benzoate, and propellant (non-chlorofluorocarbon).

So I picked up the following:
Butter cream fondant
Cake graffiti in pink
Flower and Dots Texture Tiles

Once I'm able to get crafty with this stuff I'll post back.
