Really square or rounded square wedding cake

So I've been looking for square wedding cake ideas and they're very different. Some are perfectly square (like have box looking hard edges) and some have rounded edges. I'm not sure why they are this way or what they are called, or if one is more common or formal than the other. I LOVE this square wedding cake that I'm choosing for my wedding. When I found this cake online I decided to change my entire wedding theme and flowers to match this. I was going to have periwinkle colored hydrangeas and white tulips for all my flowers and use periwinkle decor everywhere, but not now. Everything will be red roses. I LOVE this cake. It's exquisite. My goal is for my wedding cake to look like the picture I'm including. I'm going to order a plain white cake from a baker and not tell them it's for a wedding. My sister is going to place rose petals all over the cake once they deliver it. Done! The cake is going to be a sponge with plain white frosting, and is only costing me $175. I really want a square wedding cake and I have to bake it myself. I'm kind of nervous to try and bake it myself but we're on a budget so I really need to save the costs. I'm being told by many of my friends who have gotten married within the past few years that bakeries charge more for square wedding cakes, than round ones. I don't get it.
