Our featured cupcake of the month is from Caryn's Cakes in Atlanta, GA. Caryn Nash is a professional creative custom cake designer serving the Greater Metro Atlanta area. Her true passions are creating one of a kind edible art and serving people. Making custom cakes, cookies, cupcakes and desserts is her decadently delicious way of doing both…and it’s made a lot of other people happy along the way!

Caryn and her team believe a cake should be the centerpiece and focal point of any special occasion. That’s why they stop at nothing to make sure that their cake will be the most beautiful, memorable, and of course, most delicious their clients have ever experienced. Using various sugar art forms, cake sculpting and design techniques, they can bring the cake of your dreams into reality.

 

Featured above is Caryn's lemon meringue cupcake. Caryn says about her creation, "That is a merinque topping..then toasted...it is a lemon cupcake with a lemon curd filling. The inspiration is that it just looks so pretty!!!!".  We agree. Whether a fall event, or an event with a "bee" theme, this design is a perfect fit.
