Princess Di Wedding Cake

Any famous cake page needs this cake on it. I saved pictures of this cake from years ago, because I just thought it was so grand. I'm currently helping my daughter with her wedding plans, and she would rather do cupcakes than a cake. If my husband and I (of 32 years) ever decide to renew our vows, I would love to have a cake just like Princess Diana's.

I know this is totally old, but I was such a fan of this couple! I live in Monterey, CA and was so excited that they got married here. I didn't actually see Andre Agassi and Brooke Shield's wedding, but I could have because I live just down the street. I was so bummed when I found out afterwards. I became obsessed with everything about their wedding, their cake, and them as a couple. I was so bummed when they broke up!

I just love this cake! The black scrolling would go good for a wedding with iron gates of the same style wouldn't it? They also almost look like peacocks.

Does everyone remember Eva Longoria's wedding cake? Wasn't it dark red frosting? I remember seeing that and thinking of how all the guest's mouths and teeth would be red after eating it. Isn't that something you're *not* supposed to do? Serve a cake with dyed frosting? It's like a little kid's birthday party.

I get a lot of ideas for my wedding from looking at magazines of celebrity weddings, especially ideas for my wedding cake.

I LOVED Carmel Electra's wedding cake. I remember watching that show on VH1 or MTV about her and that goth guy getting married, and I remembered how I loved her cake then. Hers was one of the first wedding cakes I remember seeing that used the cake jewels. They look really cool.
