OK I agree, fondant is getting a little old. But really, it all doesn't taste that bad. Home made fondant is actually better than any store bought kinds I've ever had. The new Ace of Cakes fondant that hit the shelves at Michael's craft store recently is actually pretty good. You should check it out. If anyone wants a fondant cake and they're purchasing it from their baker, they should ask to taste the fondant first.
