Getting married a little late...
by: Anonymous

I'm in my mid-40's and I'm just now getting married. I've always been amazed by the smooth Martha Stewart cakes and I want one of them for my wedding. Now I'm hearing all this "fondant is out of style" stuff, and I really don't care. I mean some brides are still getting fountain and bridge cakes for crying out loud, so compared to that, a fondant cake isn't so old hat. Is it?

Fondant
by: Anonymous

Yes, I agree, fondant is old hat. It's totally out. Most people either don't like the taste of it or don't like the texture of it in their mouths. It frankly makes me gag!
