Fondant is Old Hat

C'mon people! Who wants a fondant cake!?! A good baker can make butter cream look like fondant, guaranteed. You just need to find the right baker, if the smooth perfect look is what you're looking for. I personally want my cake to be appetizing. I want people to WANT to eat it, not look at it and wonder if it's real or think it's too pretty to eat. I just think perfect cakes are disgusting and a total waste of money.
