I agree with the countertop mixer. I thought I wouldn't use it enough to keep in on my counter, and I don't really have room to store it in my tiny kitchen. Now that I leave it on the counter all the time I use it for so many things. I make lots of breads, cupcakes, whipped cream, pudding, and even whisk eggs in it for Sunday breakfasts.
