Kitchenaid Mixer is a Must

I make a lot of cakes...not for weddings, but for my own dinner parties, and hostess gifts, etc. I used to use a hand mixer for all my recipes because I didn't want to spend the money on a countertop one. Well I finally splurged and I can't believe I didn't do it sooner. It makes it so much easier, I enjoy baking that much more now.
