Mint Flavored Whipped Cream

Mint flavored whipped cream tastes really good on chocolate desserts like brownies, mousse, cake or pudding. All you have to do is add 1/2 teaspoon of mint extract and 1 tablespoon of mint paste. Sometimes I even add in a tad of green food coloring if the occasion is right. To be really fancy, you can add some fresh mint leaves for decoration.
