My Own Cupcake Wedding Cake

I'm writing to say that I baked, frosted, decorated and set up my entire cupcake wedding cake. It cost me no more than $200. The $200 covered all of the ingredients, as I already had all of the cake pans - I do a lot of baking.
Here's how I did it:
I planned ahead and made all of the cupcakes the Thursday before my wedding. On the Friday before my wedding, I and two friends frosted and decorated the cupcakes. The people at our reception site, allowed us to do the frosting and decorating in their kitchen, as there weren't any events being held there that day. We stored them in the venue kitchen overnight.
On the morning of the wedding, my bridesmaids and I arrived early to set up the cupcakes on beautiful tiered stands, podiums and plates that I bought on ebay. The table became the "dessert station" for the wedding. I could care less about a "cake cutting" and was relieved to not have to do it, actually.
