No Hay, Horseshoes or Cowboy Hats please

Have you ever been to a western wedding? I have not. My sister is marrying a great guy, and he's a bull rider. They're going to have their wedding at the ranch where he does all of his riding - nice meadow for ceremony and reception, etc. Really nice. I just went with her to the baker last weekend for some ideas on western cakes, and she started sketching cowboy hat shaped cakes, a cake in the shape of a horseshoe! No thanks! Love the ideas on this site though. They actually look like wedding cakes! But with a western undertone. We don't need any hee-haw in our face, just a nice subtle bit of it thank you very much.
