Peppermint Christmas Wedding Cake

I am planning my wedding for this December. I'm planning to chose a mostly white cake with suble white design (pretty plain and simple). What's going to tie in the season's theme is the icing between the cakes. I'm going to ask my baker to use white chocolate frosting all over the entire cake, but in between the layers add crushed candy canes.
