This cake has gum paste gardenias, Oceania roses, stephanotis, and poppies.
About the baker:Chef Marney White, who has been called the Vera Wang of Cakes, is a recipient of
a Bride’s Choice Award for Martha Stewart’s WeddingWire.com for 2009 and 2010,
and won first place in decorated cakes at the 2010 Evening of Good Taste
culinary competition. She is a member of the American Culinary Federation, and
has studied gum paste flower art under the industry master, Chef Betty Van
Norstrand.
Everything Marney creates is custom, and fresh. Nothing is baked without an order, nothing is
frozen, and nothing is artificial (except fondant, when its use is
necessary). No commercial cake mixes or pure white fake buttercream is ever
used. Marney only uses the finest ingredients. Special dietary vegan, gluten-free,
dairy-free, and egg-free cakes are available upon request.
